Hear it from a Customer

"Rye Engineering is the “go-to” company when needing help with issues in a distribution system. Their group has helped my organization solve complex meter issues at our water plant and I have witnessed them help other utilities develop efficient, sustainable, long term answers to problems. Rye brings cost effective engineering to the table and I will continue to recommend them to others needing reliable common sense solutions."
Bruce G.
General Manager, First Utility District of Knox County
“I have relied on their services for years and always find them to be exceptionally professional. They are outstanding at formulating systematic, structured, and highly customized strategies to minimize water loss.”
Bryan Price, PE
Water & Wastewater Director, City of Springfield
“Rye Engineering has been working with WADC for many years, and I trust them because of their knowledge, integrity, are always available, and get things done. Rye Engineering has built a strong working relationship with our staff over the years, mainly focused on water loss and meter testing with a focus on practical solutions.”
Scott Miller
CEO, Water Authority of Dickson County, Dickson, TN
"They are amazing! Rye Engineering helped cut the City of Tennessee Ridge’s water loss from 50 percent to under 25 percent."
Andy Lemons
Public Works Director, City of Tennessee Ridge, TN
"Rye Engineering has helped us with everything from leak detection equipment to complete DMA implementation. Rye has guided us through every aspect of the process—from handling most of the work initially to helping us develop the knowledge and confidence to design and implement our own DMAs. They have been great to work with throughout the entire process, and we have seen significant results from our water loss program."
Randell Hogan
Water Mitigation Coordinator, Clarksville Gas & Water Department, Clarksville, TN
"Rye Engineering has helped us do so many different things with our water plant, distribution system, and wastewater system. Getting grants, pursuing economic development, completing projects, and tackling infiltration/water loss are all well within their area of expertise. The most impressive part of their services is the ability to adapt as projects inevitably hit speedbumps and need to be adjusted, while still remaining within specs. We highly recommend them."
Casey A. and Ben W.
Chief Operators for the City of New Johnsonville TN
"Having a company like Rye Engineering in our corner has been a major benefit to HCWA. Over the past 5 years, they have kept us up to date with our leak detection products. Their customer service is impeccable and second to none. They are extremely reliable and have very knowledgeable staff."
Brook J.
Water Loss Supervisor, Henry County Water Authority (HCWA)
"One of the largest potential pitfalls of running a utility is allowing your water loss to get out of control. With unlimited resources, it would be easy to have a team devoted to leak detection on a daily basis, but for us, and I would speculate, for most utilities across the country, having partners like Rye Engineering to come in and assist us with leak surveys has been an invaluable asset. Over the years, Rye's team has found countless leaks both large and small and have aided our District in getting our water loss under control and manageable. No matter what size organization you may be, Rye Engineering can be an invaluable asset for you as well!"
Cody L.
Assistant General Manager, H.B.&T.S. Utility District
"Our utility partnered with RYE Engineering on a leak detection project. With their help, we were able to identify over 11,000,000 gallons per month in leaks and fix them to prevent future water loss from happening. Overall, a great company to work with and highly recommend them."
Gregg M.
General Manager, Northeast Knox Utility District
